Goods may be returned in an unused condition for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date for any reason. Please note that the delivery charge will NOT be refunded unless the goods were supplied; incorrectly, damaged, faulty or not as advertised. In the case the items are supplied incorrectly, damaged, faulty or not as advertised we will provide you either with a prepaid postage label or we will credit you’re the postage value upon return.

Please ensure that all goods that are returned to us are sent back with a proof of purchase, this helps us to locate your order and issue your refund as quickly as possible.
