Goods may be returned in an unused condition for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date for any reason. Please note that the delivery charge will NOT be refunded unless the goods were supplied; incorrectly, damaged, faulty or not as advertised. The customer will be expected to obtain proof of the return postage and cover the cost of the return, unless the goods were supplied; incorrectly, damaged, faulty or not as advertised.
In the case the items are supplied incorrectly, damaged, faulty or not as advertised we will provide you either with a prepaid postage label or we will credit you’re the postage value upon return.
Please ensure that all goods that are returned to us are sent back with a proof of purchase, this helps us to locate your order and issue your refund as quickly as possible.
We reserve our legal right to deduct a reasonable percentage from the refund if the goods have been handled excessively and cannot be resold as in perfect condition.
