Goods may be returned in an unused condition for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date for any reason. Please note that the delivery charge will NOT be refunded unless the goods were supplied; incorrectly, damaged, faulty or not as advertised. Please contact our Customer Services team on 01228 534131 or by emailing: sales@johnstonbulman.co.uk to advise of your intention to return an item. The customer will be expected to obtain proof of the return postage and cover the cost of the return, unless the goods were supplied; incorrectly, damaged, faulty or not as advertised.

In the case the items are supplied incorrectly, damaged, faulty or not as advertised we will provide you either with a prepaid postage label or we will credit you’re the postage value upon return.

Please ensure that all goods that are returned to us are sent back with a proof of purchase, this helps us to locate your order and issue your refund as quickly as possible.

We reserve our legal right to deduct a reasonable percentage from the refund if the goods have been handled excessively and cannot be resold as in perfect condition.
